Description of Business: This establishment is a family destination resort located in the area of Priest Lake. It has been since 1932 and is considered the finest log cabin resort in the Northwest.

Description of Area: Priest Lake, Idaho is a beautiful destination about 95 miles from Spokane, Washington. The resort is located in pristine wilderness on a lakefront setting. There are endless amounts of water sports, hiking, biking, and mountain climbing.

Job Details

Work Description: Housekeeping may include but is not limited to clearing rooms, vacuuming, changing linens and towels, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, doing laundry, etc. The use of chemical cleaning products is required. You will also be expected to work in the kitchen washing dishes.

Salary and Bonuses: $8.50 per hour. $12.50 per hour for any hours worked over 56 hours per week. You will be paid 0.50 cents per hour worked upon completion of your contract.

Work Hours: You will be working approximately 40-50 hours per week.

Accommodation Cost: $150.00 per month

Accommodation Description: Housing is in either an employee cabin or a bunkhouse and the cost will be deducted from your paycheck. The cabins sleep 4 to 6 people and have a kitchen and bathroom. The bunkhouse sleeps two people. Bedding is provided.

  • Minimum placement duration 12 weeks (or for summer, until Labor Day, whichever is longer)
  • Minimum placement is 2.5 months in national parks

Uniform/Dress Code: You will be provided with a uniform by your employer. You should bring clean and neat pants and shoes from home. You should be clean and well groomed.
